✨ Custom-made items are created especially for you! Because each item is personalized, made-to-order, or customized based on your selections, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once production has begun.
Refunds or replacements will only be provided in the event of a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.
If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter promptly.
We take pride in the quality of our products and work hard to ensure every order is made with care and attention to detail.
Thank you for supporting our small business! 💛
